Terms of service.
These Terms govern your use of Arco. We have tried to write them in plain English.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret, for any activity under your account, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with at least thirty days notice before your next renewal.
Referral rewards
When someone creates an account through your personal invite link and makes their first successful payment for a premium programme, you earn one free month for one active programme on your account. Each referred account can earn one reward. Rewards are not cash, cannot be transferred or combined with another discount, and stay saved until you have an eligible active programme. We may withhold or reverse rewards linked to refunds, payment disputes, duplicate accounts, self-referrals or abuse.
Your work
You own the compositions you create. You grant us a limited license to store and serve them back to you. You are responsible for not uploading content you do not have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, no scraping, no spamming, no sharing of credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to amounts you have paid us in the prior twelve months.
