Does this cost anything?
No. Ever. There is no fee to join, no inventory to buy, and no software to license.
How do we get paid?
Monthly by ACH or PayPal. We email a statement showing signups, active subscribers, and the amount owed, by code. Payouts accrue and are sent once the balance clears $25.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. Balances under $25 roll forward until they clear the minimum, then pay out with the next monthly cycle.
Can we see how our code is doing?
Yes. You get a monthly statement now. A live dashboard is coming; we are not asking you to wait on it to join.
What about families who already use Arco?
The code is for new accounts only. Existing subscribers cannot be re-attributed to a shop.
Do you sell to our customers?
We never contact a family except as an Arco user they chose to become. No customer lists are shared in either direction.
Can we stop?
Any time, with an email. Existing referred subscriptions keep paying out for as long as those families stay subscribed.
